Privacy Policy
Last updated
Effective date: September 25, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and the choices and rights you have.
This policy covers the website, the contact form, the creator application form at /apply, the careers application form at /careers/apply, and any emails or messages you send us about them. Once you become a client, your written management agreement also governs how we handle your information.
Who we are
This website is run by CamHause LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“CamHause”, “we”, “us”). We decide how and why the personal information described here is used. Under EU and UK law, that makes us the controller.
For privacy questions or requests, email admin@camhause.com. For questions about an application you have sent, email join@camhause.com.
The short version
We collect what you type into our forms, what you email or message us, and the basic technical data any website receives.
We use this information to review applications, answer enquiries and run the site. We never name our clients publicly, and we never publish what you send us.
We do not sell your information. The site has no advertising pixels and no tracking cookies.
Your /apply draft is saved only in your own browser. We receive nothing until you submit.
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time.
Information we collect
When you apply as a creator
The application form asks for:
Contact details: your full name, email address and phone number (WhatsApp).
Identity and eligibility: your stage name, your age (you must be 18 or older) and your country.
Platforms and links: the webcam platforms you use, a link to your webcam room, your OnlyFans link and a social media link.
Your current situation: whether you are currently managed, your monthly income band, your weekly streaming hours and the time you spend on OnlyFans content each day.
Your goals: whether you are open to exclusive management, your goals for the next 12 months, why you want to work with CamHause, whether you are ready to start within 7 days, and anything else you choose to tell us.
Reference number: a number the form creates for your application, so we can match any follow-up to it.
To assess your application, we may also look at the public pages you link to, such as your webcam room and your OnlyFans page.
When you use the contact form
The contact form asks for your name, email address, creator (stage) name, a subject and your message.
When you email or message us
If you email us, or we speak by phone or WhatsApp about your application, we keep those messages and anything you choose to include in them.
When you apply for a job
The careers application form at /careers/apply asks for your full name, email address, the role you are applying for, and your country and time zone. It also asks for the hours you can work each week, your experience in the creator industry, an optional LinkedIn or portfolio link, and why you want the role. Finally, it asks you to confirm that you are 18 or older and that you understand the work involves adult content.
We use this only to assess your application and to contact you about it. For people in the EU, the EEA and the UK, our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in hiring the right people. We do not ask for ID, photos or payment details at this stage.
When you browse the site
Like any website, our host receives technical information your browser sends when it loads a page. This includes your IP address, browser and device type, the page you asked for and the page that referred you. This information is used to deliver the site, keep it secure and count visits. The site does not use cookies to do this. Our Cookie Policy has the details.
Your application draft on /apply
While you fill in the /apply form, your answers are saved automatically in your own browser’s local storage under the name camhause_apply_v1. This means you do not lose your progress if you close or reload the page.
The draft stays on your device. It is not sent to us, and we cannot see it, until you press submit. The form deletes the draft automatically once your application has been sent. You can also delete it at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser. Our Cookie Policy explains how.
Information that may be sensitive
CamHause works with adult content creators. The fact that you apply, and details such as your platform links, may reveal information about your sex life or your work in adult content. Some laws treat this as sensitive or special category information, including in the EU, the UK, Brazil, Colombia, Australia and California.
We use this information only to assess your application and to talk to you about working together. By submitting the application form, you give your explicit consent for us to use it in this way. Where you have already made the information public yourself, such as on a public profile, we may also rely on that.
Please do not send us anything the forms do not ask for, such as identity documents, health information, bank or card details, or login details.
How we use your information
We use personal information only for the purposes below. For people in the EU, the EEA and the UK, we also list the lawful basis we rely on.
Reviewing your application and deciding whether we can work together, including contacting you by email, phone or WhatsApp. Lawful basis: taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in finding creators we can help. For sensitive information: your explicit consent.
Answering enquiries sent through the contact form or by email. Lawful basis: our legitimate interest in replying to people who contact us, or taking steps before a contract where your enquiry is about working with us.
Checking eligibility, including that every applicant is 18 or older. Lawful basis: our legitimate interest in working only with adults, and compliance with the law.
Running and securing the site, including preventing spam and abuse and understanding overall visitor numbers. Lawful basis: our legitimate interest in a working, secure website.
Legal matters, such as complying with the law, responding to lawful requests, and establishing or defending legal claims. Lawful basis: legal obligation, or our legitimate interest in protecting our rights.
We do not use your information for advertising. We do not use automated decision-making or profiling to decide on applications. People review them.
You do not have to give us any information. The required fields on the application form are the ones we need to assess an application. If you leave them out, we cannot review it.
Who we share it with
We never name our clients publicly, and we never publish applications or messages. We share personal information only with:
Our team: the people at CamHause who need it to review your application or answer your message.
Framer: Framer B.V., based in the Netherlands, hosts this website and processes form submissions to deliver them to us by email. Its service runs on Amazon Web Services. Framer acts on our instructions under its data processing terms.
Our email provider, which stores the emails and form notifications we receive.
Google Fonts, which delivers some of the fonts on the site. Your browser connects to Google’s servers to load them, so Google receives your IP address. Google states that this service does not set or log cookies.
WhatsApp, if you give us a WhatsApp number and we message you there. WhatsApp handles those messages under its own privacy terms.
Professional advisers, such as lawyers and accountants, where we need their advice.
Authorities, where the law requires it, or where we need to protect the rights and safety of creators, our team or others.
A buyer or successor, if our business is reorganized, sold or merged, on the condition that they protect your information as this policy describes.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising. The site has no advertising pixels, retargeting or third-party tracking scripts.
International transfers
CamHause LLC is registered in the United States. Our team members and service providers may be located in other countries, including the Netherlands, where Framer is based. Your information may therefore be processed outside the country where you live, including in the United States.
When personal information is transferred from the EU, the EEA or the UK to a country without an adequacy decision, we rely on appropriate safeguards. These can include the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK’s approved transfer terms, or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where the recipient is certified. Framer’s data processing terms provide for Standard Contractual Clauses and the Data Privacy Framework. You can ask us for more information about these safeguards.
How long we keep it
We keep personal information only for as long as we need it:
Creator applications we do not take forward: deleted 12 months after our decision.
Job applications we do not take forward: deleted 12 months after our decision.
Applications that lead to working together: kept as part of your client records for as long as we work together, and afterwards for as long as your management agreement and the law require.
Contact form messages and emails: deleted 24 months after our last exchange with you.
Information about anyone under 18: deleted as soon as we become aware of it.
Technical data held by Framer: kept for the periods set by Framer’s own terms.
Your /apply draft: stays in your browser until it is cleared, as described above. We never hold a copy of it.
Form notification emails follow the same period as the application or enquiry they belong to. We may keep information for longer where the law requires it, or where we need it for an existing or likely legal claim.
Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to:
tell you what personal information we hold about you and give you a copy

Depending on where you live, you may have further rights, summarized below. We will not treat you differently for using any of them.
EU, EEA and UK
You can also ask us to restrict how we use your information, object to uses based on our legitimate interests, and receive your information in a portable format. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect what we did before.
You can complain to the data protection authority where you live or work. In the UK, this is the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
California
Where the California Consumer Privacy Act applies to us, California residents can ask to know what personal information we collect, use and disclose, and can ask us to access, correct or delete it. You will not be discriminated against for using these rights. You can use an authorized agent to make a request for you.

Under Law 1581 of 2012, you can know, update and correct your personal data, ask for proof of the authorization you gave us, be told how your data has been used, revoke your authorization or ask us to delete your data where appropriate, and access your data free of charge.
Answering questions about sensitive information is optional. If you choose not to, we may not be able to review your application. Send queries and claims to admin@camhause.com. How to make a request
Email admin@camhause.com and tell us what you would like us to do. Before we act, we may need to confirm who you are, usually by asking you to reply from the email address you used with us. We will respond within the time the law that applies to you requires. Requests are free unless they are clearly unfounded or excessive.
Anyone under 18
CamHause works only with adults. This website and our forms are for people aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. We protect personal information with reasonable technical and organizational measures that suit the information we hold, including limiting access to the people who need it. The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS).
No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee the security of information sent over the internet. If a breach affects your information, we will tell you and the relevant authorities where the law requires it.
